Cachen finns på Oskars gård. Oskar flyttade dit på 1930-talet efter att ha sökt lyckan i Amerika. Under hans tid på gården fanns inte rinnande vatten, utan familjen bar vatten från brunnen till djuren i ladugården. Oskar bodde kvar, de sista åren som änkling, till sin död i början på 1970-talet. De nuvarande ägarna flyttade hit från Vimmerby under 1970-talets gröna våg och renoverade och moderniserade boningshusen under 70- och 80-talen. De är väl förtrogna med geocaching och håller utkik efter besök;) Kanske får du närkontakt med den nyfikna hunden...
The cache is hidden at Oskar's farm. Oskar bought the farm in the 1930's after having spent some years in the US. During his time on the farm, there was no running water, but the family had to bring water from the well both to the household and to the domestic animals in the barn. Oskar stayed, the last years as a widower, until his death in the beginning of the 1970's. The present owners moved here from Vimmerby during the "green wave" of the 70's and renovated the place during the 1970's and 1980's. They are familiar with geocaching and will look out for visitors;) Maybe you will get in close contact with the curious dog...
