This should be a fairly easy find. But please use stealth as this area gets rather busy at times. Perhaps you could take the cache & sit at a picnic table to sign it. Or walk to the more secluded area to sign the log. Then slip it back discreetly.
Since the last cache in this area was muggled many times, I am reluctant to give too many details. Please bring your own writing tool.
