Geocache Description:

Container is a test strip bottle.

This series of caches is hidden along the old Milwaukee RR grade running from I-90 Exit 18 DeBorgia to I-90 Exit 26 Ward Creek, a very popular ATV road. Please park to the side of the road when finding these caches so the locals don't get upset about the road being blocked.

The old Milwaukee Railroad ran through here from approximately 1909 to 1980. The road is very scenic with wildflowers, berries, ducks, moose, elk and deer very common and even the occasional wolf with great fishing to be found in the St. Regis River.

Be sure to bring a pen or pencil for the series, most of the containers are too small to include one.

NOTE: Exit 26 Ward Creek is East bound only (you can double back at Exit 25 Drexel). ATV's and bicycles can access the trail about #19 via Exit 22 Henderson (47°21'19.04"N, 115°17'45.73"W).

Cell reception is spotty at best along this trail so for additional information including a cheat sheet with spoiler pics, click here to go to the group page. Click here to go to the page for 001 MRT.

I know that it takes a long time to log 60 caches but please log any DNF's or Needs Maintenance logs as soon as possible so that I can keep the trail in tip top shape (I do read every log posted). Thanks and have a great time!
