The 1st of October is Tokyo Citizen’s Day. On this day in 1898, the State of Tokyo was established.
We, the members of geocaching groups in Tokyo, celebrate this occasion by hiding this cache, along with many other caches, all over our city.
T-Project 2013 [k4] Yumenoshima Fire drill training institute.
This coordinate point is the Yumenoshima Fire drill training institute of Tokyo Fire Department.
There are special training course to the north of the coordinates point. (It's a driving school ?)
The cache is not hidden at the published coordinates. To calculate the final coordinates please collect clues from the Satellite map.

T-Project 2013 （k1～k12） は、Tokyo の "K" を地図上に描いてみました。
[k4] はクイズキャッシュで、公開された座標にキャッシュはありません。 問題を解いて座標を算出して下さい。
キャッシュは夢の島に隠されています。
座標点は、東京消防庁 夢の島消防訓練場です。パッと見、ただの広い空間で何もありません!?。 いや、実はあります!!。
ここでは消防や救急の技術訓練や、大会イベントなどが行われています。
それでは訓練場について勉強をしてみましょう！
