Heartland Cacher: Greetings I'm Heartland Cacher, one of the volunteer reviewers for new caches submitted to Geocaching.com.
I notice that this cache has been "repaired" by another cacher. While I do appreciate this, the responsibility for cache ownership extends to BOTH the maintenance of the physical cache as well as the cache page itself. The cache owner must maintain the cache and respond and address any issues highlighted on the cache page.
Since the cache owner did not do either of these things since the cache was disabled on 05/17/2018 - I must consider this cache to be abandoned - and it is being archived.
