HoneyBadger84: I checked on this on a tip from rubronas and JB, suggesting it might be missing.
Indeed it is MIA.

As I will be leaving Winnipeg in June, I won't be replacing this and will thus open up the real-estate for another cache.

Thanks to all who pursued and found this one and made it fun!
There may be a re-incarnation in the Hamilton area in late 2016 or early 2017.
