The area south-east from the cache location is Marine City in Busan, South-Korea. The 2nd most expensive area in terms of housing prices in South-Korea after the famous Gangnam in Seoul.
In Marine City you can find some very tall buildings like the I'Park (292 m) and Zenith (301 m). The houses are mostly apartments and inhabited by the wealthier Koreans as well as many foreigners living in Busan (like the cache owner).
To the west from the cache location you can also see the Busan Yachting Center which hosted the 1988 Seoul Olympic sailing competitions
Some stealth is required when logging, but should be quite easy also during daytime. After logging you can watch the BMWs, Ferraris, Proches, Maseratis, etc. driving around in this area...
