The Overland Inn was built by Col. Joseph McCutchen in 1829. The Inn was a Stagecoach Stop on the Harrison Trail. It is one of only two original Stagecoach Inns remaining in the State of Ohio. Charles Dickens once stayed at the Overland Inn and mentioned it in his writings.
