I området Rävlanda Hindås har det funnits många hotell och pensionat. Detta är Rävlandas första TB-hotell. Det är beläget vid vattentornet.

Vattentornet byggdes på 50-talet. Genom vattentornet passerar en vattenmängd på 0.2 miljoner m³ per år.
