Located along the Wind River close to Boysen State Park is a long forgotten homestead. This area has an abandoned log cabin, log barn, root cellar, and numerous other items around the area. When this cache was placed, there was still a running water well/spring (I would not recommend drinking the water howerver). This cache is located inside one of the above buildings. You may access this area from Highway 26 through the metal green gate through the gravel pit or if you are on ATV from the reails to trails, you can access the cache by following the dry lake/river bed. Driftwook and other debris may make it tough to drive close to the cache.
Be careful when looking for dangerous animals, triping hazards, and other hazards not easily seen. There is no need to climb on top of any building to find the cache. If you are having troubles, please read the hint. Good luck!
