JB Williams is a fabulous park. We have hiked, camped with the cub scouts, attended and thrown parties at the pavillion, fished, skated in winter, biked, and enjoyed the solice at the upper pond. Park in the parking lot and head up the main trail. After a ten minute hike, you will see a trail on your right that leads to a small open field. This is where you will find the upper pond, small waterfalls and boy scout camp.
