I drive past here many times in the autumn/winter and I've always thought that it would make a great place for a cache. On a clear day the views are amazing and stretch for many miles.
There is plenty of space to pull off the road and it makes a great place to stop for lunch in the car.
Please note: the roads to the cache are steep and in winter they are often not gritted
