Welcome to Chatswood's Secret Power!
This cache is located at one of Chatswood's main power substations. It doesn't appear on google maps, and no details of the substation are able to be found on the internet (it's very secret!). There is only one way to find it: by answering the following puzzles, and obtaining the coordinates of the nearby cache!
Important - you do not need to enter the substation premises to find the cache.
Local residents provided me with the following information:
'The power station is now more than 54 years old. The neighbour of the substation, at the time of construction, did not like the prospect of a power susbstation being built beside his house. After battling local council and the electrical company, he convinced the council to enforce the condition that "it must look as if it is part of a house", which explains the surrounding brickwork.'
The cache is located at: S 33°47.(600 + (0.5 x B) + 2) E 151°09.(800 + A - 2)
The following diagram shows a simple electrical circuit, where:
R1 = 1Ω
R2 = 2Ω
Voltage supplied by the cell = 12V
Current passing through the entire circuit = A
Power generated by the circuit (watts) = B

Now that you have been empowered with this information, go out and discover Chatswood's Secret Power!
