Simple park-n-grab on a main and busy road. Plenty of legal parking nearby.
This is just another meaningless spot unless you saw it years ago. The bridge back then was two narrow lanes and the surface was wood. The gaps between the planks were wide enough that we could see the train underneath us. The real fun was running up onto the bridge as the old coal fired train was just pulling out of the CNR station. We would become completely surrounded by thick black smoke as the engine slowly came up to speed. Stinky, but fun.
