If you have seen this type before it should be a quick P&G. Otherwise you may look a while.
The cache is tiny, so you may need a paper clip or something to get the log out. Please bring your own writing utensil. Otherwise, no tools will be needed.
I have marked this a 1.5/1. I believe it should be accessable by wheel chair. It might be a bit of a struggle if the weather has been very rainy, but most of the time, I am pretty sure anybody could get to this one and find it while in a wheel chair.
