Geocache Description:

Small camo bottle with log and small items for trade. Look for the sign that states the title. Off road parking near cache. You will have to walk about 250 yards around fence.

This substation is noted to be the electrical center of America. Not sure if this is true but is so stated. A beautiful area between the three cities in the Tri City area.
