Not with their red and green, peeling, scaly, bark. Not with their red, yellow, orange fruits. Not with their white to yellow flowers.

The name debate rages on - Madrona vs. Madrone. I use them interchangeably.
First stage is on a small madrona leaning out into the water. It is just west of two dead madrones also leaning out into the water.
