Geocache Description:


TransGrid is the major electricity transmission network service provider in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. TransGrid’s role is to provide efficient, reliable transmission services to New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory and the National Electricity Market. TransGrid has worked hard in the current regulatory control period to pursue efficiencies, implement continuous improvement programs, manage costs and defer expenditure where prudent. These achievements benefit consumers in this proposal, in which TransGrid has contained forecast revenue growth no higher than CPI for 2014/15 to 2018/19. This transitional revenue proposal sets out the indicative expenditure and revenue TransGrid requires in accordance with the transitional arrangements established in the Economic Regulation of Network Service Providers rule change in 2012.
