To me, this is the back door to Cachagua, or the front door to Jamestown and Tassajara. The cache is located at a junction that can be approached from three directions and offers a rest stop for travelers enjoying the scenic drive along Carmel Valley Road. Across the road is a meadow that served as a heliport for rotor-wing aircraft which assisted with the suppression of the Basin Complex Fire that began June 21, 2008 and consumed 162,818 acres. If you have the time, you can take this road to GC2HA6T and GC2HA65 and eventually loop back to G16 and GC36GQQ. Enjoy your ride!
Double Congratulations to coralteach for the FTF and find #2800!!!
