Geocache Description:

My little sister rented a boat yesterday to ride around in on the Chicago River for her birthday. We had so much fun we decided to figure out how to get our own boat into the river. What we found was this boat launch here. It is named after the late mayor Richard J. Daley who apparently loved to fish. It was constructed to improve an abandoned railroad maintenance area. This is the only lauch for motorized boats on the river in Chicago.
