Geocache Description:

I thought this would be a great cache place; not only is a quick grab and go, but it is about half way between Biggs and Madras, so it's a great place to stretch your legs and for a "photo-op". Since this is halfway between the Equator and the North Pole(it's near the halfway marker post), I wanted this to be a "kid-friendly" cache to start, so it does have more kiddy stuff in there to start. I figured it would be great because i know how "boring" the drive is for me (an almost 26 year old male at time of posting this); so i can imagine how boring it would be for the munchkins. If you are searching this beforehand, please continue the trend, please bring some smaller kid toys if possible (think small green army men, littlest pet shop, bouny balls, stickers, etc); but anything smaller is welcome (hopefully it will get a TB).

I'm not sure how much snow this area gets during snow season; I assume it doesnt, as there isnt any snow chain up areas in the area. But, as a fair warning, just to be safe, cache might not be always accessible depending on how much snow has been plowed to the side of the road (if there is any). This is along Highway 97, so please be safe and keep the kiddos close. The cache is under some rocks, so it is recommended you use leather or thick gloves (or use caution) just incase of possible snakes or scorpions.

Cache is a pizza parmasean/red pepper topping shaker. Shaker is wrapped with "athletic" tape, top has purple duct tape covering holes. rehide as you found it please.

There are a few golf/lottery pencils with a sharpener in cache (as well as log), but you might want to BYOP, as cache is a one hour one way drive (two hour round trip) drive from my house; so i can't make frequent trips to replace supplies. If cache log is almost full (within 5 pages) or pencils are almost out, please leave a comment on here so i can replace as soon as i can.
