Geocache Description:

You are looking for a regular size ammo can hidden in the typical manner, just off the trail (less than 10 feet). It includes a stamp for letterboxing as well (please leave it in the cache for the next cachers).

Dowagiac Woods is a 384 acre Nature Preserve in Cass County with access from Frost St. (just south of M-62). Dowagiac Woods is operated and maintained by Michigan Nature Association . This is a great place for hiking, plant discovery (50 species of wildflowers) and bird/animal watching. Another plus is no hunting, which is great during the fall. Theses caches were placed with the permission of the Michigan Nature Association; please visit their site for more information ( Michigan Nature Association ).
