Progress Traditional Cache

Bethania was founded by Germans during the 19th century and is home to many different nationalities. By 1866 a small township had developed once known as German Pocket, and is one of the older suburbs. The area, was originally a cane and dairy farming region and has managed to retain its rustic charm and is popular for families and is an appropriate area for retirees looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

In the 1980s as the area known as Bethania Waters grew the new locals formed a Progress Associastion and part of their acheivements which included getting the Local Comunity Centre Built was "Progress Park" A area for the people including young parents to bring the family to play in the park off the street.

This cache is located in a quiet little park that still has swings and equipment for the young ones although the Spinning Egg and Brick wall have long gone, Thats Progress?.

Bring your children or grandchildren for a swing whilst you search close by, you will still have to use stealth for the locals keep a close eye out including the Maggies who can get you running in season.
