Geocache Description:

Cache is located just off main road in Myakka River State Park. This area can be a little wet or muddy depending on weather. it was dry when cache was placed.

This paved road winds through the park . Please be sure to park off to the side of road. There are plenty of animals and beautiful scenery in this park. There are also many trails to walk or bike. You can rent bikes or canoes, there is an airboat ride(fee) out on the lake and so many other things to do and see here. There are also many other caches along the trails. Plan on spending the day and enjoying the park. The cache you seek is a small lock and lock.It holds a logbook,pen, some small trade items and a FTF gift. We hope you have a great day here.
