Geocache Description:

166.66 Coccinellidae

While visiting a nearby cache I saw a road sign that kind of stuck out to me. I pondered, "What if the sign was taken literally, what would it mean?"
"Who could it be referring to?"

While at ground zero for this nearby cache, I found just what a literal meaning of the sign could be; 166.66 or more Coccinellidae hiding among the rocks.

Coccinellidae each have 6 legs; which would account 996 legs on 166 of them. Now to try and put the math skills to the test as there are 4 unaccounted for. Perhaps four of the Coccinellidae are each missing a leg, which would account for the .66. Actually it really equals out to .666667, but the name was getting to be long enough as it was.

Cache should be a quick park and grab, provided there is not any snow on the ground. In the winter it would likely be a hike and dig.
