The 1st of October is Tokyo Citizen’s Day. On this day in 1898,
the State of Tokyo was established. We, the members of geocaching
groups in Tokyo, celebrate this occasion by hiding this cache,
along with many other caches, all over our city. Many city-run
parks, museums, zoos, and other attractions will be free on this
day, and special discounts are offered at Tokyo Disney Land.
* This series of cache is hidden near Edogawa cycling road.
Route6 goes from Tokyo to Sendai-city. We call this as "Mito-Kaido"
but called "Edo-dori" in Tokyo area. You can see a golf course at
opposite side of the river. This golf course is famous place seen
in the movie "Otoko ha turaiyo".

国道6号は東京都中央区から仙台市へ至る一般国道です。一般的には水戸街道
という名前で知られていますが都内では江戸通りという名前になっています。
キャッシュのある位置の松戸側の河川敷にはゴルフコースがあって、男はつらいよ
の映画で寅さんがゴルフ場でひと騒動おこす有名なシーンはここで撮影されました。
