This should be an easy find for most geocachers. The terrain rating applies only to the last 15 feet or so.
You are looking for a micro container attached to something a bit larger--overall, about the size of a softball. This cache cannot be accessed from the I-95 off ramp, so please don't try. Also, please use the designated parking spaces so as not to block the roadway.
