This location is beside Harvourview Cr, a short distance from, but ironically without an actual view of the Mimico Harbour.
The difficulty is high as you will need to figure out how to retrieve the cache container (without breaking anything.) Although you may be able to find the location of the cache fairly easily, you will need some special equipment/skill to retrieve the log container and/or more than one trip if you don't have the right stuff in your geokit.
