I was on a maintenance run today (and the last three days) and saw this area and decided to investigate. The sign at the parking lot across the street states that it's Hancock Street Park in Lansdale. The area in which the cache is located has a sign near the sidewalk stating the rules for parks and preserved open spaces for Upper Gwynedd Township. There must be a border nearby.
The cache is in a wooded area and contains a log, pen, small trade items and a prize for FTF. No credit without your signature. Park in the lot across the street. I assume that there's no night caching in the park. Dress for a TAXMAN 1 cache in the woods.
Note: the map shows the cache on the opposite side of the creek from where it actually is.
