We member of Tokyo metropolitan geocaching groups celebrates the day and placed this cache.Many of facility of Tokyo state government will free this day. Metropolitan’s parks, Hall, Museum and discount for Tokyo Disney Land. １０月１日は東京都民の日です。東京の施政は１８９８年のこの日に始まりました。東京のジオキャッシンググループは共同でこの日を祝いキャッシュを設置しました。多くいの都立の施設、公園、庭園、ホールの入場料は無料となり東京ディズニーランドは割引となります。
東京都には23の区があります。過去に何度か統廃合を繰り返し、現在の23区制になったのは昭和22年(1947年)です。
このキャッシュはその23区にちなんだWherigo Cacheです。
