This cache is located within Bristol Tennessee's Steele Creek Park. Park hours are from 9am to 9pm and placed with the permission of the Park Director. Be sure to plan your trip into the park to be out by closing time. The park will lock up the gates and an embarrassing call to the Bristol Police Department will have to be made for them to come and let you out. Signs are posted if you get stuck with their information.
This is a cache series that will take you up and around the back side Steele Creek Park. It starts at the trailhead at Rooster Front or at the small dock where the paddle boats are in the main park area. It doesn’t matter which side you start on, but remember you have to go back the same way you came. The trail has its ups, downs, and switch backs. You can also mountain bike it if you are into that. Stealth is of the utmost importance. Especially when you are close to the trailheads as this will be your biggest concentration of muggle activity. Once on the trail enjoy it because you will be pretty much by yourself once you get into it. Be sure to bring water and come prepared for a fun hike into the woods. You will be looking mostly for micro containers in this series as well as a few small containers here and there. Please BYOP. All caches contain logs. Micro containers containers have room for small swag and the smalls have room for a little more and some trackables. Please trade even or up to keep the caches healthy with swag to trade.
