Geocache Description:

I like history and as all towns in America, Maple Lake has it's own unique history. Early maps of Wright County show a village on the NW shore s of Maple Lake, it was labeled Geneva. The city of Geneva never materialized. The site of the town Maple Lake started in 1858. In 1890 it incorporated.

This is a small cache. Should be winter friendly. Should be a easy grab.
