Waldo appears to have run all across southern Vernon County, leaving caches. The road that you will be on is not paved. Its mostly gravel, but if the weather has been really wet, some places may be muddy, so use your geo-judgement. All of these caches are within just a few steps of the roadway.
You are looking for a camo'd bottle that is about pint size and its suspended. You will take a few steps into the grass which may or may not be mowed. I did see some poison ivy in the vicinity but not at the cache location.
