Geocache Description:

Waldo appears to have run all across southern Vernon County, leaving caches. The road that you will be on is not paved. Its mostly gravel, but if the weather has been really wet, some places may be muddy, so use your geo-judgement. All of these caches are within just a few steps of the roadway. For this series you will find a variety of cache styles and sizes but no micros. Waldo prefers larger caches.

This cache is marked like a Jaguar and is a quart size, plastic container that hangs belly high in the host.  You will have to take 3 or 4 steps into the grass. This area fascinates me.  I remember 40 or 50 years ago (yes I'm older than that) when this area was all strip mine land where coal and limestone were being removed.  A few years ago, that land was reclaimed and its now relatively flat and it at least grows grass now.
