Originally, I was planning on placing this container elsewhere, but we drove by this site on our way to the other, and stopped to check it out. This was the perfect spot. To place the cache, we walked through every thorny species in Burlington. Hawthorns, buckthorns, and raspberry bramble that just wouldn’t stop. There were vines of all sorts, creepers and grapes that we stepped over, under and through. I’m not so sure there wasn’t poison ivy vines in there as well. Then came the shrubbery and trees, as we slowly made our way to GZ. I think sometimes it’s harder to hid a cache then find one. I’m sure once the geo-trail starts, the terrain will be much easier. The Mrs. wanted me to give this one a 5, as we have completed tree climbs rated 4, that were much easier. For that reason we decided on a four, but went with a 3.5, with little elevation change. Let me know what you think. Since the first finder will be the trail blazer, there is a loonie for FTF.
Please do not trespass on the adjoining properties.
Good Luck and Happy Caching!
