I have never really understood why this area needs a sign welcoming you to Eagan. It's a dead-end road and the only way to see the sign is to drive to the end of the road and turn around. In a manner of speaking, you never really went anywhere else.
This should be a quick P&G. Access to the GZ is via the intersection of Silver Bell and Highway 13. Turn north from that intersection and continue on until you reach a T-intersection. Turn right and follow that road. There is absolutely NO need to park along Cedar Avenue. Bring your own pen/pencil.
