Due to the development of the new supermarket at Crofton Downs, the Café that I have used for the last 3 years is no more. The new chosen venue has a private upstairs area that I have booked for this year’s function.
Meet at 12 noon at the 1841 Bar & Restaurant in Disraeli Street Johnsonville for an end of year catch up.
This is an opportunity to meet the people behind some of the caches/logs in the Wellington area. Event caches are a great way to meet fellow geocachers. A chance to swap stories, and maybe get a bit of help to find that nemesis cache, or solve that dastardly puzzle you have been losing sleep over.
As always new Geocachers are most welcome.
Please post a “will attend” log if you plan to come with approximate numbers, so we can give the Bar an idea of how many people may turn up.
The Venue is on the main bus route from town (number 52) and a short walk from Johnsonville railway station for those who wish to use public transport.
