Soha lake is very beautiful place and has fantastic view so you must go to the Ardabil - Iran at first.
take a taxi from the city or if you have a car, you can drive to Abibiglou village about 35 kilometers.
when you arrive the village you have dirt road about 10 kilometers and if you can't find any vehicle you must have hiking.
the weather is very cold in the winter and cool in the summer so get some foods and drinking and wear some warm clothes.
