#29 Jessica’s Jaunt Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Alqunas: I am going to archive this cache - the tenant keeps blocking the footpath with barbed wire despite several interventions from the Right of Way Officer.
It is unfair for me to ask for people to walk what is often a considerable distance to find that they are unable to safely continue along the path to find this cache without risking injury to themselves, their children or dogs. It is fairer to all concerned to archive it now. I am sorry that this breaks up this circular section walk. I will retrieve the cache as soon as I can.

Geocache Description:

See #01 Jessica’s Jaunt for full details.

Update January 2019. Changes to take place as of 1st March.

I adopted this series four years ago and have done my best to maintain it; however this has become increasingly difficult with a couple of stretches being particularly problematic due to caches going missing and also to obstruction of the Right of Way / poor footpath maintenance.

With a great deal of reluctance, I have decided to reduce the number of caches in the series.

Shortly after Easter 2019 when I can get time to visit, I intend to archive Jessica Jaunt 26 (now archived), JJ29 and JJ30 on the northern leg.

JJ15, JJ16, JJ18 and JJ31 to JJ38 - as and when these become muggled / damaged / go missing they will be archived.

JJ39 to 45 - will stay in situ possibly being spun off as separate linear series.

The Jessica Jaunt Shortcut caches will then complete the loop the southern caches - making a shortened JJ circular series (plus the spin-offs).

This location has proved problematic with several caches going walkies therefore please take care when retrieving and replacing - also please don't add loads of stick-o-flage as this will doubtless draw unwanted attention to the cache - less is probably best at this location - thank you very much
