Completely Obvious Traditional Cache

This cache is "COMPLETELY OBVIOUS"!!! This cache is an experiment for me to determine the muggle activity in the area.  I want to know the curiosity level of the average person who is not familiar with caching and what happens when they see something out of the ordinary.  I will sign up to replace this cache two to three times if necessary, but if it goes missing after the second or third replacement, the experiment will be concluded and the cache will be archived. The difficulty rating is for the height of the cache... If you can't reach 7ft up in the air, you will need to bring your own step ladder...
