Kalevalainen perinnekylä on kokoelma rakennuksia ja kertomuksia menneiltä ajoilta.
Kalevalaisen perinnekylän halki kulkee Runonlaulajien polku, jonka varrelle sijoittuviin rakennuksiin on tiivistetty kappale menneisyyttä. Rakennuksissa voi tutustua paikalliskertomuksiin sekä aistia historiallisten siipien havinan, joka muistuttaa meitä menneiden sukupolvien työstä ja saavutuksista.
Alueelle on vapaa pääsy. Maksullisia ovat saunominen savusaunassa, alueen esittely, tarjoilu, aittamajoitus, retkiopastus Leppiojalle ja tarjoilu retkellä.

This cache introduces The traditional Kalevala village of Ahmas, in the city of Utajärvi.
Throughout the ages, bards and healers have been living in the village of Ahmas. The traditional
Kalevala village is collection of historical buildings and stories from the past. Stories alike
can be studied from the national epic, Kalevala.
Through the Kalevala village passes a path known as the path of the bards, along which the
buildings reside. Inside the buildings you can explore local stories and local history, which
reminds us of works and achievements of the past generations.
Access to the area is free, however the other services offered for example the guided tours
of the area or to Leppioja, smoke sauna and lodging are chargeable.
