Placed with permission from the Redbank Valley Trails Assn (RVTA). See below for closest parking coords. Trail is open dawn to dusk. There is food and fuel in Widnoon, 3 miles from the parking area. Trail surface won't be improved until 2014 and is rocky along this section. You're looking for a black prescription pill bottle within 20' of the trail - it actually shouldn't be too hard to find.
Congratulations to Grayhawke for FTF.
This is in a remote area so be aware that you could see all types of wildlife. It would be advisable to wear orange during hunting season since you are in the woods. I'm bumping all the difficulty and terrain ratings up slightly along here due to signal bounce and trail surface (plus the distance from the next closest parking area).
Red Clover is actually an herb introduced from Europe. It's pale red bloom is found in meadows and all along roadsides all Spring, Summer, and even into the Fall. It grows anywhere from 5-24" high. The leaves are unique in that they have a whitish V-shaped area on them.
