Geocache Description:

After a snow you can hear kids going Wheee when they go down this slide. A few years back the town talked about getting rid of this slide, but it looks like they changed there mind. It looks real good now they put new wood and steps on it and a fresh coat of paint. It looks like its ready for another season of fun.

You are looking for a nano watch out for muggles after snows.

Steinhart Park covers an expansive area in Nebraska City and has many unique offerings for visitors to enjoy! A variety of gorgeous trees fill the park, creating much-needed shade during the hot Nebraska months. Beneath these large trees are benches, picnic tables, shelters, and playground equipment galore, including swings, monkey bars, and slides. South Table Creek also flows right through the center, adding to the natural beauty that Steinhart Park has to offer. With so many breathtaking views and paved pathways, you will definitely want to lace up your tennis shoes and head out for a relaxing walk, jog, or bike ride. Afterwards, you can cool off by taking a dip in the public swimming pool!

Steinhart Park also has well-maintained basketball and tennis courts, a ball complex, horseshoe pits, a skateboard park, and more, which are bustling with activity during the summer months. There is even a fishing pond on-site! So, whether you are looking for a secluded spot to get away or want to be right in the center of the action, there is something for you at Steinhart Park.
