This is a large urban cache that is hidden on the property of a large CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Center). This should be a fairly easy find, but ironically enough, it is not wheelchair accessible. This being said, it should be a quick and easy park and grab cache. The cache contains several tradable items and can even fit travel bugs and other trackable items.
If you are questioning which services this massive building provides to the community, please read the description posted inside the cache, take some of the brochures or other promotional items, or even stop on by for a tour! We would be happy to meet fellow cachers, especially if they are 80 years and above, for that is who we love!
This is a high muggle zone, so stealth is required. Once you have found the cache, it may be best to look through the goods in a less conspicuous place nearby.
