An easy walk along the new and improved Community Path from Blackmuir carpark at Strathpeffer along the backs of the houses in Jamestown.
This cache can be done as a stand alone cache, in which case the return journey to the carpark will be back along the same path. Alternatively it can be done as a circular which will take about 40 minutes, although the terrain is a bit rougher and maybe muddy in places. However, there are a couple of wooden bridges and plenty of stepping stones. We've done this walk in all weathers and temperatures and it's particularly stunning at this time of the year when all the leaves are falling making a 'cornflake carpet'!
