Geocache Description:

The name of this cache is a nod to the nearby St. Luke's Medical Center. The winged ox is a traditional symbol of Saint Luke the Evangelist.

About the Container

You're looking for a small black plastic container on a wire hook. Please bring your own pen.

The hint will tell you exactly where to look so don't read it ahead of time if you want to hunt on your own.

About the Location

This cache is hidden in a stretch of the Kinnickinnic River Parkway just north St. Luke's. It's an easy walk for anyone who works at the hospital or anyone who is visiting and needs a short distraction. There isn't much muggle traffic in the area and when you get to ground zero you should be out of sight from every direction (assuming there are leaves on the trees).

There is plenty of convenient street parking to the north and west. This is not quite a park-and-grab, but it should be an easy pickup. There will be a short stroll across the grass. Note that the ground can get muddy in this area if there has been a lot of rain.

Cache placement was approved by Brian Russart of the Milwaukee County Parks. Permit #293.
