Group Photo: We will aim to take a group photo at 7pm.
Parking: Parking ($) at the State Library or Cultural Centre. You can use the CPP app to find nearby parking.
Public Transport: Venue is located within easy walking distance of the Perth Train Station and Wellington St Bus Station.
Children: Due to the fact that Universal Bar is a licensed premises the following conditions apply to any minor wishing to attend:
1. All minors must be accompanied by a parent at all times
2. Minors must have some sort of identification to match the parent/s photo ID
3. All minors must vacate the premises by no later than 10pm
4. Minors must wear an ID wristband provided by the venue for the entire duration they are in attendance
Logbook: There will be a logbook to sign in to the event.
RSVP: Please log your 'will attend' on the event listing and note the number of people in your party in the log.
Trackables: If you've got trackables you wish to set free, please bring them along.
Souvenir: Every geocacher who attends a Geocaching Event on November 6 or 7, 2013 will be awarded a “Geocaching in Space” souvenir.
To celebrate the journey of TB5JJN1 to the International Space Station with Geocacher/Astronaut Rick Mastracchio we're gathering at the appropriately named 'Universal Bar' to meet and greet fellow geocachers, trade trackables and share stories.
We have the 'back bar' reserved for us. Food and drinks are available 'pay-as-you-go'. As it's not a celebration without cake, there will be cupcakes provided (I will bake according to the number of RSVPs we get!)
There is a live band playing at the venue from 9pm, you will be welcome to stay, however our area will be open to the general public at that point.
