This new park and addition to the Timberlane Utility District Park Program was dedicated on Oct. 4, 2013. Phase 1 is now completed and park has non paved parking, 2 pavilions, playscape, beach, skateboard rink, 4 picnic areas, 5 acre fishing pond, 16 acre lake, both with fishing piers, canoe storage facility, 2acre wetland bird pond, 2 wetland observation decks, 1 mile of paved trail and 2.5 miles of natural surfaced hike and bike trails. The park is 104 acres.

Phase 2 will provide paved parking, 2 soccer fields, and restroom facilities. Phase 3 will provide 2 walking bridges over Cypress Creek to Mercer Arboretum.

Timberlane Utility District is very supportive of Geocaching and have many caches in each of their 5 parks. There are 10 caches in this new park. PLEASE COME OUT AND HELP CITO THE PARK. We will Cito the trail around the retention pond and the trails around the lake.. Water and Cito supplies will be provided.
