Geocache Description:

A pill bottle wrapped in my own version of Maine's Official Sticky Material (I hope thats not trademarked) with room for small trades.

The original name of this cache was to be Under Construction. It seems lately that I had more trips into Auburn and Lewiston than normal. I was constantly getting held up in construction on the Hebron Road where a new bridge was being built over a stream. I had decided that once construction was done I would place a cache here. Today was the day. When I got to the area I saw a no trespassing sign on a old telephone pole and one over the banking. Not wanting to risk placing a cache on private property I decided not to place it here (I could have placed it P+W style but decided against that to) Being a little dejected I continued caching hoping I would find a spot that inspired me. After a couple of stops I found such a place on Route 219 going by Pleasant Pond. A beautiful spot. Looking across I believe you can see Streaked Mountain. Across the road was what looked like an ATV trail, and I wanted to make this a challenging hide. I searched for at least for a half an hour if not longer and could not come up with a what I thought was a good spot. Not wanting to give up this area that was well deserving of a cache I picked a easier to find spot and called it a cache. Hope you enjoy.
