It's been many years since the caching world has seen a TB in space. Tonight is the rocket launch sending astronaut Rick Mastracchio and his Travel Bug TB5JJN1 to where few men (and women) have gone before. To celebrate the occasion Groundspeak is awarding every geocacher who attends a Geocaching Event on November 6 or 7, 2013 a “Geocaching in Space” souvenir.
Are you a space cadet? C'mon down to for dessert and coffee (or stronger) and snag yourself a cool space souvenir! (It is not necessary to buy anything to attend and sign the log.)
Event starts at 7pm, and the logbook will be there until 9pm.
